Took my order took my money then day later informed me they didn’t have design I ordered took me a week and 4 emails to get refund even though they didn’t send anything out so sorry wasn’t happy
Placed an order on 01/01/26 (order number: 2777), specifically choosing express delivery to ensure the item arrived promptly. Received an update on 02/01/2026 to say that the order has been sent to Royal Mail, however I am still yet to receive my order, over a week later. The tracking provided does not work. I have also received numerous emails asking me to rate the product and service which clearly assumes the order should have arrived by now, “ We'd love to hear what you thought about your order from PhoneBits.co.uk, which we fulfilled 5 days ago”. I’ve reached out multiple times via email, on the supposed 24/7 customer support and by the telephone number which conveniently states “we’re not receiving calls right now”. I’ve been left with no choice but to leave a bad review!

This is a beautiful green leather case for my new mobile . It is really great value and has been admired by many of my friends and family . I would not hesitate to recommend this product and buy it now… go on you deserve it and won’t regret it

Ordered 10 days before Xmas and never even got so much as a dispatch confirmation! My mum did not get her Xmas present and I'm still not sure if I'm every going to receive the product.
Excellent customer service when the Royal Mail decided to ship it around a bit before delivery - Phonebits chased and sorted it promptly. Case fits very well and very happy with it - and the price is very good. Outer pocket is quite tight for a credit card and it overlaps the closure strap although it works through it and it won't slip out!

Phonebits have sent me the wrong phone case that I didn’t order I have sent them 3 emails they have not responded and one enquiry by their website I responded to that but they have not replied i hope they read this as they might respond
I had one of these cases for quite a while and when it finally came time to replace it, I decided to try a different one from a popular online store. Big mistake! It was £10 more expensive and it wouldn’t even shut properly once I put any cards in it. I had to return it straight away.
So imagine how happy I was to find my original case on Phone Bits! As soon as I saw it, I ordered it — better price, free delivery and I knew exactly what I was getting. I’ve now bookmarked the Phone Bits store so I don’t lose track of this case again!
