Ordered 10 days before Xmas and never even got so much as a dispatch confirmation! My mum did not get her Xmas present and I'm still not sure if I'm every going to receive the product.
Excellent customer service when the Royal Mail decided to ship it around a bit before delivery - Phonebits chased and sorted it promptly. Case fits very well and very happy with it - and the price is very good. Outer pocket is quite tight for a credit card and it overlaps the closure strap although it works through it and it won't slip out!

I was meant to receive this with the watch that I brought. Although I receive the watch I did not receive the tool kit.
Phonebits have sent me the wrong phone case that I didn’t order I have sent them 3 emails they have not responded and one enquiry by their website I responded to that but they have not replied i hope they read this as they might respond
I had one of these cases for quite a while and when it finally came time to replace it, I decided to try a different one from a popular online store. Big mistake! It was £10 more expensive and it wouldn’t even shut properly once I put any cards in it. I had to return it straight away.
So imagine how happy I was to find my original case on Phone Bits! As soon as I saw it, I ordered it — better price, free delivery and I knew exactly what I was getting. I’ve now bookmarked the Phone Bits store so I don’t lose track of this case again!

This is a very well made case. The phone is a nice tight fit so there's no chance of it falling out. The card holders are just the right size, and I like the window on the bottom one for photos.
